Terms and Conditions
1. Trade-in is applicable on all brands of Smart phones, tablets, and smart watches that are available in KSA
2. Old device must be in a good working condition (touch screen, buttons, and charging)
3. Screen is not broken or deeply scratched
4. The old device will be tested at the maintenance center in eXtra stores
5. The old mobile doesn't have to be purchased from eXtra
6. It is not necessary to bring the box & accessories of the old mobile
7. Old mobile cannot be returned after completion of the trade-in process
8. Old mobile cannot be traded with cash
9. eXtra has the right to reject any device that is not applicable with the conditions (please visit our maintenance center for more information)
10. Customer is eligible for a Professional & Reliable Secure data Wiping service for the old device.
